





















Kelsey is crazy-passionate about yoga and has been practicing for 15+ years. Moving to the Central MN, she knew a hot, powerful yoga practice was moving and began to build a team and community based on this practice. While she has a background in fitness and originally as a Sculpt instructor, she craves the benefits of practicing mindfulness to keep her feet on the ground. Yoga makes Kelsey feel strong and motivated to be a better wife, mom, and business owner. You may see her buzzing around town on her new scooter, keeping active with her kiddos and hubby- John (aka Bro Yogi), or dreaming up the next Retreat destination.

Of all types of yoga that Meghann has experienced, hot yoga is her jam! The heat, the sweat, the detox, the increased flexibility, the benefits go on and on. She enjoys all modalities of fitness, but yoga became her full time passion in 2015. Personally yoga combines the physical movement she craves along with spiritual empowerment and mental focus that she needs. As a business owner, yoga is a true gift that she wishes and encourages everyone to experience. Meghann thrives off of coordinated chaos, family, traveling and outdoor adventures.
Laura attended her very first Yoga class in Costa Rica while studying abroad. Since then, she has been practicing Yoga on and off for almost 20 years but it became an integral part of her life after she attended a Yoga Retreat in 2012. That Yoga retreat sent her on the path to becoming a certified Yoga Instructor and now she’s been teaching for almost a decade. She loves to dish out a practice that challenges your mind as well as your body.

Roxie has been a passionate yogi for over ten years. For her, yoga goes beyond a physical practice and keeps her grounded in so many ways - teaching her dedication, acceptance and non-judjement both on and off the mat. Her love of life and health is truly contagious.... espeically when you learn that this spitfire is a loving grandma, fitness junkie, a gracious friend, wife and mother. She looks forward to sharing her yoga journey with you!

Laurie began practicing yoga over 20 years ago and continues to learn and grow her practice. Yoga has carried Laurie through 6 pregnancies, a car accident, multiple surgeries, and lots of life changes. It keeps her connected to a body that has many challenges and quiets the chaos that can live in her head (per Laurie;) Hot yoga is where she feels her best! With 3 grown children and 3 surro-babes, as well as two small grand babies, she enjoys spending her precious little free time with the grand babies or doing her own workouts.

Tianna has always been active, but when she joined KPower in July of 2021 she fell in love with hot yoga and the community KPower offered! As a former 2nd grade teacher, Tianna jumped on the opportunity to teach yoga, and was part of our very first 200 hour vinyasa teacher training! Although she is trained in vinyasa style classes, she is excited about the upbeat nature of sculpt classes and hopes to teach those as well! When she is not at KPower, you can find Tianna at HomeGoods, happy hour, or eating s’mores around a bonfire!

Sue had been practicing yoga on and off roughly 20 years. She came to KPower by way of a Sauk Rapids Community Ed. class and was immediately hooked. The heat, power, and variety of classes drew her in, but it was the fantastic instructors that sealed the deal. When the first KPY 200 hour teacher training came up, she couldn’t pass it up and now she feels like she's pursuing exactly what she was always meant to do. Sharing, learning, and having fun connecting body, mind, and spirit!

Anna’s interest in yoga started about 5 years ago following a sports injury. She found yoga as another outlet to stay fit that would have less physical stress on her body then traditional sports. She developed a love for yoga, noting that it compliments her past while keeping her grounded as she focuses on her future. Anna is fascinated by the mind and body connection and is currently studying to be a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Anna loves the intensity and high level workout that yoga sculpt gives to her students. When not teaching, you can find Anna in the studio enjoying other forms of yoga or just being active in the community with her friends!

Sam started practicing yoga in her teens while she was competing in karate. Sam has a passion for fitness and uses yoga to compliment whatever it is she is training for. She found Hot Yoga through KPower and loves incorporating fitness and yoga together in sculpt and build! As a former Karate teacher and current gymnastics coach, the opportunity to get her sculpt and build certification was a no brainer! Outside of yoga, Sam is a business owner and enjoys being active and going on adventures with her fiancé and their two children.

Stephanie attended her first yoga class at KPower in 2019. She has a background in cheer and dance, loves group fitness, and enjoys challenging herself. She has run in 15 half marathons since 2017. Stephanie has a passion for helping others and has worked in healthcare for 18 years. She has seen her own growth in her yoga practice and when the opportunity arose for the teacher training, she took that leap. When not at KPower you’ll most likely find Stephanie at a dance competition or a basketball tournament supporting her son and daughter, the greatest joys in her life.

Liz started practicing yoga 10 years ago while in college. Outside of the physical benefits of yoga, she discovered the many mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. Liz completed her 200hour and 95hour kids yoga trainings in 2020 in Iowa where she began teaching in studio and schools. When Liz and her husband moved to Sartell in September of 2023, she discovered KPower and immediately felt at home. Liz is passionate about teaching yoga for longevity and is grateful to share her love for Power Flow. When not teaching or practicing, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband being active outdoors.

Kayla practiced yoga at home before discovering KPower where she fell in love with both hot yoga and group classes. She especially enjoys the variety of class styles offered and the amazing community of members and instructors at here. Kayla completed her 200 hour training here at KPower and is excited to share her passion for yoga with all of you. Outside of the studio, Kayla can most often be found spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Chelsea has been in the fitness industry for 15+ years, with a background of high school and college sports. She never thought of herself a yogi, but it was KPower that changed her mind when she experienced all of the unique styles we have to offer! She became our Member Manager in 2022, and shortly after, had the opportunity to become certified to teach. She was nervous to commit, but says it's one of the best decisions she's ever made! She loves attending Sculpt and Yoga Build classes, but often craves a great Power class too! Chelsea has two little ones, and a fiance at home, whom love time in the pool, at the lake and going on any and all adventures outside!

Lindsey has been practicing yoga for over a decade, but her first hot yoga experience was at KPower Yoga, and she instantly fell in love! As a former dance choreographer and spin instructor, Lindsey is often looking for a fun new way to move her body and expand her fitness knowledge. So, when presented with the opportunity to receive her Yoga Sculpt certification, it was the perfect fit! Although the Sculpt is her first love, she craves the challenge of a traditional Power class. You will most likely find Lindsey being active with her husband and their two young boys.

Julia Marie is a local artist who explores mediums like acrylics, handmade paper, and cyanotype printing. With a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art and Communication from the College of Saint Benedict, she brings a unique energy to her work. Julia's intuitive, layered approach mirrors her practice of yoga, where mindfulness and flow are key. Her art, much like her yoga practice, invites viewers to find peace, inspiration, and a deeper connection to the natural world. Julia is so excited to be part of the K Power team!

Makia fell in love with yoga two years ago at her first KPower class! Yoga instantly became part of her everyday routine, especially sculpt :) She is a student at St. Bens studying elementary education. Yoga teacher training fit seamlessly into her life combining both of her passions into one…yoga and teaching others! If you can’t find Makia in the studio, she will be outside on the lake, traveling, hanging out with friends and family, or probably shopping. KPower Yoga quickly became her safe space in St Joe and hopes to continue creating this environment for others!
