

















Kelsey is crazy-passionate about yoga and has been practicing for 15+ years. Moving to the Central MN, she knew a hot, powerful yoga practice was moving and began to build a team and community based on this practice. While she has a background in fitness and originally as a Sculpt instructor, she craves the benefits of practicing mindfulness to keep her feet on the ground. Yoga makes Kelsey feel strong and motivated to be a better wife, mom, and business owner. You may see her buzzing around town on her new scooter, keeping active with her kiddos and hubby- John (aka Bro Yogi), or dreaming up the next Retreat destination.

Of all types of yoga that Meghann has experienced, hot yoga is her jam! The heat, the sweat, the detox, the increased flexibility, the benefits go on and on. She enjoys all modalities of fitness, but yoga became her full time passion in 2015. Personally yoga combines the physical movement she craves along with spiritual empowerment and mental focus that she needs. As a business owner, yoga is a true gift that she wishes and encourages everyone to experience. Meghann thrives off of coordinated chaos, family, traveling and outdoor adventures.

Abby's love affair with yoga began in 2015 when she began to see it not just as an approach to physical health, but as a tool for her mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She realized she always left class feeling stronger, lighter, more connected, more forgiving, and more capable. She wants to be able to share that healing power with others, which is why she left her career in the legal world and became a yoga instructor. When she's not at the studio, you might catch her playing board games or video games, singing karaoke, or out at local events.

Amy has been practicing yoga on and off for over a decade, but began a regular practice in 2022. The following year, she completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training (YTT), and in January 2024, she embarked on her teaching journey. After a brief four-month pause when her home studio closed, she's back and ready to continue here at KPower đ¤. What she loves most about yoga is that it’s the perfect example of embracing imperfection—it’s never about comparing yourself to others, just listening to what your body is capable of âşď¸ When she's not teaching or practicing yoga, you’ll find her at the gym, snuggling with my two orange tabbies, or enjoying time with friends & family!

Chelsey is a dedicated personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and former collegiate cheerleader who transformed her life after losing over 135 lbs. Missing the excitement of her cheerleader days, Chelsey found herself wanting something as electrifying as pumping up a crowd in her professional life, and found similarities in yoga sculpt as a student. She was drawn to the sweat, intensity, and vibe, so much so, that she realized teaching yoga sculpt was what she the thing she had been missing. Known for her motivating playlists, engaging challenges, and adventurous intensions, Chelsey truly acts as a personal cheerleader to all! When she isn’t teaching, you’ll find her cheering on her favorite sports teams, dancing to live music, or at her full-time gig as a VP of Sales & Business Development.

Jayme’s yoga journey quickly turned into a passion she couldn’t wait to share with others. Over time, she has experienced how yoga can bring balance, strength, and peace to both the body and mind. Incredibly grateful for the chance to learn from others, her classes combine a good mix of physical challenge and mindful relaxation. She strives to meet students where they are no matter where they are on their path.

Kaitlin has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. As a former dancer at the University of Minnesota, she always had a passion for movement, music, and finding new ways to move her body. After taking a hot yoga class, she fell in love with the intense workout and appreciated the focus on alignment & strength. She looks forward to getting the opportunity to teach and share the wonderful physical and mental benefits yoga has to offer with the Rogers community. When she is not teaching yoga, she is enjoying time at the lake with her husband and two boys.

Katie has enjoyed teaching yoga and Pilates since 2018 and has been practicing for over 20 years. She has taught a diverse range of students from beginner to advanced practitioners in various settings including studios, retreats, gyms, and corporate wellness programs. Katie’s passion is helping others utilize movement and breath work to feel their best. She believes yoga and Pilates are not just physical exercises but holistic practices that integrate mind, body, and spirit. Her goal is to inspire others to life a healthier, more balanced life, and to discover the transformative power of these practices. Outside the studio, Katie enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

After years of intense training in and out of the pool as a competitive swimmer led to injuries resulting in several knee and shoulder surgeries, Kiran found her way to yoga. She became addicted to the physical challenge yoga sculpt gave her without causing injury and didn’t think anything else could compare. It wasn’t until nearly 10 months later that she took her first Power Vinyasa class and truly fell in love with yoga. She loved that she was challenged not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually. She enrolled in Teacher Training to compliment her work as a Board Certified Music Therapist and wellness director in senior care . She has since become trained in Hot yoga, yoga Sculpt, restorative yoga, meditation, and advanced adaptive yoga. Kiran has led several teacher trainings, yoga retreats, and workshops and is passionate about helping others feel confident and successful. When not on her mat, she enjoys playing her guitar, singing, and spending time with her friends and family.

Megan started practicing yoga during college at St. Ben’s. Post college, she started a free week at a local yoga studio and was hooked. She loves the challenge of a yoga sculpt class with the weight and cardio mix. During lockdown in covid, she was curious what went into making a sequence or teaching a sculpt class so signed up for the virtual . Getting her 200 hour was her covid passion project. â¨When not teaching yoga, Megan enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family. With growing up in Rogers, MN, she is excited to have a hot yoga studio for the Rogers community!

Brandiâs journey into yoga teaching was sparked by her desire for growth and a deep commitment to serving others. Yoga has allowed her to explore both the physical and mental aspects of fitness, and she now shares this passion with her students, guiding them through practices that build strength, increase endurance, and promote overall well-being.
In addition to her yoga practice, Brandi is passionate about lifting weights, spending quality time with her family, and exploring new culinary adventures as a self-proclaimed foodie. Whether in the studio or life, Brandi believes in the power of growth, connection, and finding balance.

Allison's yoga journey began with a transformative 75-minute Yoga Sculpt classâa workout her friend invited her to, not knowing it would challenge her both physically and mentally in ways she never expected. She was instantly hooked.
Her passion for loud music and a good beat shines through in her classes, where she energizes her students with carefully curated playlists and a vibrant atmosphere. The heat and energy of a steamy studio, combined with the shared connection of the yoga community, are what Allison loves most about teaching.

Melissa has been practicing hot yoga for over a decade, believing it should be accessible to all. What started as exercise has evolved into a deeply healing practice, nurturing body, mind, and spirit. For Melissa, yoga goes beyond asana; it's a journey of breath, connection, and community. She focuses on creating space for students to explore their practice, meet themselves where they are, and experience yoga's transformative power both on and off the mat. Outside the studio, Melissa enjoys time with her husband and two daughters, and trips to her childhood home in Upper Michigan—especially during maple syrup season!

Rachael has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years teaching everything from water, to kickboxing, to strength classes.
After dabbling in yoga for years, she fell in love with the practice about a year ago.
She took her first Yoga Sculpt class (ever) at KPower in May of 2025 and signed up to take the teaching training immediately. Her Yoga Sculpt classes blend the strength, energy, and expertise sheâs built over decades in fitness.
When not in the studio you will find her watching gymnastics, basketball, or football, laying in the sun, or breath work.


Liz discovered yoga in 2009 after a major lifestyle shift and completed Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training the following year. She has taught public and private classes for more than 14 years and holds additional training in Power Yoga, Hot Power Fusion, Gentle Yoga, Real Ryder, and Barre. After spending a decade in studio management and previously owning a fitness business, Liz now works as an event planner while continuing to share her love of yoga. A mom of two, she enjoys cooking, running, reading, and collecting endless trivia for her future game-show debut.

Angela has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has found the practice to be such an incredible gift in her life — one that has brought strength and purpose. She is passionate about sharing that gift with others. Angela’s mission is to lead yoga classes that are inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to all. Angela loves to learn and has taken two 200 hour teacher trainings as well as a 50 hour art of adjustments course. She is excited to pass on all she has learned and share it with you. Teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative styles with a compassionate approach and practices designed to support both body and soul- She creates safe, nurturing spaces where everyone can explore yoga at their own pace.
