Classes

Work your body, work your mind. Our classes will take you deeper physically and mentally, as you push yourself to new limits. 

Welcoming every body type and experience level, our instructors will help lead you through a practice that is both soul-filling and sweat-dripping. Our yogis are always available before and after class if you have questions about modifications or specific postures.

KPower instructors often use essential oils during class to enhance your senses during your practice. If you are sensitive to any specific oils, please let your instructor know before class.

POWER 1

Link your breath to your movement as you explore the fundamentals of yoga.  We will work every muscle – including your mind – and channel energy, confidence, and strength.

Room is heated to 85-91 degrees.

P2

POWER 2

Bring on the heat and intensify your flow, moving through more challenging postures while linking your breath to movement. Expanding on the foundations, move into balance and inversion series to push your body and challenge your mind.

Room is heated to 95-98 degrees.

SCUPLT

Yoga Sculpt combines the transformative elements of yoga, weight training, and cardio to give you an intense and incredibly rewarding experience. Challenge yourself physically and mentally as you gain muscle and release toxins with this high energy practice.

Room is heated to 92-95 degrees.

R

RESTORATIVE

Experience the benefits of deep relaxation as you slow your body and mind, and open yourself to healing. Practice extended holds of postures to experience a new level of restoration and healing.

Room is heated to 85-91 degrees.

PF

POWER FOCUS

Heat it up and slow it down. This Hatha style class places special attention on letting go of the flow and settling into longer, deeper holds. Challenge your muscles and your mind to slow it down and build strength. You’ll leave feeling focused, relaxed, and strong.

B

BEGINNER

Introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to link breath to movement, and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Room is heated to 80-85 degrees.
