Welcoming every body type and experience level, our instructors will help lead you through a practice that is both soul-filling and sweat-dripping. Our yogis are always available before and after class if you have questions about modifications or specific postures.

KPower instructors often use essential oils during class to enhance your senses during your practice. If you are sensitive to any specific oils, please let your instructor know before class.  



Bring on the heat and intensify your flow in this energetic form of yoga where you fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting your breath to your movements. Options for more challenging postures and variation expand from basic foundations, balance work and inversions allow you to make this practice as easy or challenging as you wish to push your body and challenge your mind.

Yoga Sculpt combines the transformative elements of traditional yoga by adding in interval weight training and cardiovascular exercise to give you an intense and incredibly rewarding experience. This class is designed to target and tone all major muscle groups and improve your aerobic endurance by moving quickly from one exercise to the next with little breaks in between.  Challenge yourself physically and mentally as you gain muscle and release toxins with this high energy practice.

Yoga Build takes KPY’s Power Vinyasa style for a fabulous twist leading you into a powerful strength training session to build lean muscle and total body strength. Using a variety of strength equipment, plyometrics (jumping), cardio bursts and good ol’ fashioned grit, you are sure to leave carrying this energy beyond the studio. Our wide variety of class formatting is sure to keep you on your toes to truly test your limits, challenge your mind and most importantly, to have a ton of fun while working towards your fitness goals!

PY Power Fusion combines the transformative elements of yoga and pilates.  Create a strong core using body weight training, light weights and pilates balls.  PY Power Fusion is a full-body workout that builds lean muscle, improves your flexibility and strengthens your core.  Focusing on the six pilates principles we harmoniously build and strengthen the mind/body connection from the inside out.

Vinyasa Flow offers strength, flexibility, concentration and breath work in a beautifully illuminated candlelight class.  Perfect for those just starting out in their yoga journey as well as the advanced yogi who is wanting to perfect the basics of their poses with fine attention to alignment details.  The candlelight atmosphere is warm, inviting and deliciously calming.  Truly the perfect way to wind down your evening.

Experience the benefits of deep relaxation, meditation, breath work and intensified stretching as you slow your body and mind, and open yourself to healing. Practice includes extended holds of postures with yoga props to experience a new level of restoration by holding poses longer.  This class is often referenced as being strongly therapeutic and very relaxing. While muscle rejuvenation is our focus in this class we also work on calming the body as well as the mind.  Keeping your focus on your breath and intention takes practice, discipline and effort.
