At KPower we believe that EVERY day your practice should LOOK and FEEL different! So if you’re simply happy you made it through the door, feel free to relax and take things easy. Or if you’re up for more, feel free to challenge yourself to push and find your edge. No matter the class, no matter your skill level… always remember to do what YOU need in that moment!

We do not have specific beginner nor advanced level classes. Our classes are designed to meet students where they are at, whether a newbie or seasoned yogi. And our instructors are prepared to teach to the room, giving advancements and options throughout the session to meet each Yogi's needs.
